Michael (Mike) Burgett, a respected veteran in the executive search industry to provide hands-on, high touch service to preferred clients in assessing overall organizational strategy and recruiting top-level leadership candidates to achieve targeted business outcomes. Recognizing that trusted clients prefer a direct and mutually accountable relationship with their search partner, Mike personally engages and manages each search project to completion.

Disrupting the traditional model offered by national executive search firms, his clients are ensured a 100% focus on their success. Mike will only engage on 2 – 3 searches at any one time and in doing so provides a level of service unmatched by the likes of Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, and Korn-Ferry.

For the past 18 years, Mike has nurtured a global professional network of over 12,000 executives which provides him direct access to candidates and referrals in all industries and domains. Each candidate presented has successfully completed the company’s RightHire Process, thoroughly vetted for both cultural and domain fit. This process also includes narratives written by the candidates aligning their background, in their own words, to the opportunity, creating a high hurdle rate early in the process to minimize later exit due to non-interest.

Mike believes strongly in the value of partnerships, stewardship, and commitment to the local community. His firms tithe 10% of annual profit to charity and have been recognized nationally as a Forbes Top Executive Recruiting Firm, multiple times as an Inc. 5000 award winner and as a Best Place to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

He is an active volunteer with Kidz2Leaders, which provides mentorship, training and programs for at-risk teens. He is also a member of Roundtable CEOs, a faith-based organization of CEOs and entrepreneurs.
